How TachoTracker handles information submitted through the public website and founding-access list.
Last updated: 29 August 2026. This policy covers the public TachoTracker website and founding-access list while the main application is still being built.
What we collect
If you join the founding list, we may collect your name, email address, whether you are a driver/employer/agency and an optional area or town. We also receive ordinary web-server information needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To manage founding-driver and fleet interest.
- To send relevant TachoTracker development, beta-access and launch updates.
- To protect the website from abuse and troubleshoot problems.
What we do not do
We do not sell founding-list data to advertisers. The future TachoTracker application will have a fuller privacy policy before users upload tachograph, payslip, work or other personal records.
Storage and sharing
Data may be processed by the hosting, email and technical providers needed to run TachoTracker. Access should be limited to what is needed to operate the service.
Your choices
You can ask to update or remove your founding-list details, or stop receiving updates, by contacting hello@tachotracker.com.
